HOW DO I ORDER?

The easiest way is to go click on the “menu” tab of this website - click on a picture of one of the boxes and you will enter the order form. If this isn’t working, or flummoxes you somehow, you could email us at riversideboardco@gmail.com.

I need a box for a party on Tuesday… can I pick up then? Actually, I need it for a party in FORTY MINUTES, can you help?

Orders beyond our standard Thursday, Friday pick ups are often (usually!) possible, just ask. We’ll do our best to accommodate! Rush charges apply.

I hate blue cheese. Can I order my box without?

Sure. Note this, or anything else we should know, on your order! There are a couple of questions to answer at the check out. We will do our best to make selections that you like.

Do you offer anything for vegans?

Yes, we offer a vegan box. It usually includes a vegan cheese or two, a variety of other spreads, a side (choice of olives, cornichons, peppadew peppers, or mustard), produce, nuts and garnish.

What about vegetarians? What about Nut alLergies?

We can certainly omit meat from your box. And we can leave out the nuts or accommodate most dietary requests; however, our food is stored and prepared in a common kitchen with the risk of exposure to allergens. Customers with sensitivities should exercise judgement consuming this food.

I’m gluten-free. what do you have for me?

We offer the option of gluten-free crackers when you order.

HOW LONG WILL MY BOX LAST?

Our boxes are surprisingly hearty - think about how long cheese stays fresh in your own fridge!  We recommend eating your box within a day or two so everything is as fresh as you would like it to be. If the crackers are inside the box and you don’t eat it all, we recommend removing the crackers… they suffer if they’re in the fridge very long!

Do you deliver?

We do not deliver at this time! We offer convenient pickup in Rocky River at Gourmet Guy Cafe at 20253 Lake Road, next to Lake Road Market.
